1. Notice Period for Cancellation

To cancel or pause your SEO campaign or any other services, you must provide written notice at least 2 days before your next billing date.

1.3 Late Notice Impact

Any notice received less than 3 days before the billing date will result in the next billing cycle being charged.

2. No Refund Policy
2.1 Non-Refundable Payments

All payments made to Griffon Webstudios Inc. are non-refundable, including partial months, unused services, or deposits for upcoming campaigns.

2.2 Service Continuation Until End of Billing Cycle

Upon cancellation, services will continue until the end of the paid billing cycle. No pro-rated refunds or credits will be issued for early termination of services.

3. Suspension vs. Cancellation
3.1 Suspension of Services

If you wish to pause your campaign instead of permanently canceling, please specify this in your written notice. Paused campaigns can be reactivated at any time upon written request.

3.2 Permanent Cancellation

For permanent cancellations, your campaign and all associated work will be halted at the end of the current billing cycle. Access to dashboards, reports, and deliverables will be revoked unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Impact of Cancellation on SEO Performance
4.1 Disruption in Rankings

SEO is an ongoing process, and canceling services may negatively impact your website’s search engine rankings, traffic, and overall performance.

4.2 Data and Deliverables

Any work completed during the campaign remains the property of Griffon Webstudios Inc. unless full payment has been made, after which deliverables may be transferred to the client.

5. Reactivation of Services
5.1 Reactivation Process

To reactivate a canceled or paused campaign, please contact us at [email protected] at least 5 business days before your desired start date. Reactivated campaigns may require a setup fee depending on the time elapsed since cancellation.

6. Automatic Renewal

Unless a cancellation notice is provided as per the terms above, all services will automatically renew for the next billing cycle.

7. Termination by Griffon Webstudios Inc.

Griffon Webstudios Inc. reserves the right to terminate services at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice. If termination is initiated by us, unused portions of the billing cycle may be refunded at our discretion.
