1. No Refund Policy
1.1 Non-Refundable Payments

All payments made for SEO, web development, and other digital marketing services are non-refundable. This includes:

  • Monthly subscription fees
  • One-time setup fees
  • Custom service charges

1.2 Reasons for Non-Refundable Payments

Our services involve dedicated time, expertise, and resources, making it impossible to recover costs once work has commenced. Therefore, no refunds will be issued for completed or ongoing work.

2. Cancellation and Billing Cycles
2.1 Cancellation Notice

As outlined in our Cancellation Policy, clients must provide at least 2 days’ written notice before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle. Failure to provide timely notice will result in billing for the next cycle, and no refunds will be issued for such charges.

2.2 Billing Disputes

Any billing disputes must be raised within 7 business days of the charge. Disputes raised after this period will not be eligible for review.

3. Service Dissatisfaction
3.1 Performance-Based Services

SEO and digital marketing are dynamic and results-driven services. While we strive to achieve the best possible outcomes, results may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., search engine algorithm changes, market competition). Dissatisfaction with performance does not qualify for a refund.

If you are dissatisfied with our services, we encourage you to contact us to resolve the issue. We’ll work with you to address concerns and make adjustments where possible.

4. Refund Exceptions
Double Payments

In the event of duplicate payments made for the same service, a refund may be issued after verification.

5.2 Processing Time
