3.1 Recurring Payments
All SEO services are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless specified otherwise. Payments are due on the billing date each month.
3.2 Payment Methods
We accept payments via credit card, debit card, and bank transfers. The client is responsible for ensuring payment details are accurate and up to date.
3.3 Non-Payment
In the event of failed payments, services may be paused or terminated after 7 business days.
4.1 Notice Requirement
To cancel or pause services, you must provide written notice at least 2 days before the next billing date. Cancellations made after this period will result in charges for the next billing cycle.
4.2 No Refunds
All payments are non-refundable, including partial months or unused services.
5.1 Access and Information
The client must provide all necessary access to websites, hosting, and any relevant data for the successful execution of the services.
5.2 Compliance with Guidelines
The client agrees to follow ethical guidelines and not request practices that violate search engine rules or involve spam, illegal content, or black-hat SEO tactics.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project. This includes business data, strategies, and login credentials.
Any content, designs, or strategies developed by Griffon Webstudios Inc. during the service period remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Upon full payment, the client may receive a license to use the deliverables for their business.
SEO is a dynamic process, and results may vary due to search engine algorithm changes, competition, and other external factors. While we strive to achieve the best possible outcomes, we do not guarantee specific rankings or results.
Griffon Webstudios Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including loss of revenue, profits, or data.
The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Griffon Webstudios Inc. and its employees from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from the client’s use of our services or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to terminate services at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice. In cases of termination due to client breach, services will cease immediately without refund.
Griffon Webstudios Inc. reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New York. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be resolved in the courts of New York.
