Review generation services that bring in honest reviews
Most happy customers never leave a review because nobody asked at the right moment. Our review generation services build that moment into your process: a short, friendly request by text or email after the job, with a direct link to your profile. It is the reliable way to get more Google reviews from real customers, without fake reviews, incentives or filtering out the unhappy ones, which the rules now forbid.
How review generation services work
Reviews affect two things: whether customers choose you and where you appear in local search. A steady stream of recent reviews tells both people and Google that the business is active. The problem is rarely bad service; it is that asking for reviews depends on someone remembering to do it.
We set up a request that goes to every customer, including the ones you are unsure about. Asking selectively, offering discounts for reviews or hiding the link from unhappy customers breaks Google’s policies, and fake reviews are banned by the FTC in the US and by the DMCC Act in the UK. Honest requests sent consistently work, and they keep you safe.

Review generation services in depth
The rules have tightened, and the businesses that grow reviews honestly are the ones that keep them.
What the rules now forbid
In the US, the FTC rule that took effect in October 2024 bans fake reviews, buying reviews and suppressing negative ones. In the UK, the DMCC Act banned fake reviews from April 2025. Google removes reviews that break its policies and can restrict profiles that keep getting them. A process that asks every customer, the same way, avoids all of these risks.
Platforms have different rules
Google allows businesses to ask customers for reviews, as long as they don’t offer rewards or ask selectively. Some sites, such as Yelp, ask businesses not to request reviews at all. We send requests only to the platforms that allow them and point customers to the one that matters most for your business, usually Google.
Choosing review generation software
Review generation software sends the requests, tracks responses and stops repeat messages. The right tool depends on your booking or CRM system. We recommend one that connects to what you already use, set it up and check that consent, opt-outs and timing are handled properly.

Why Griffon for review generation services
We work inside the rules. We never buy, fake or filter reviews, and we won’t set up a process that hides the review link from unhappy customers. That protects your profile and your reputation.
Reviews are also part of your local SEO, so we connect review generation with your Google Business Profile and replies, and report the effect on calls from Google. Questions about review generation services, answered
What are review generation services?
They set up a consistent way to ask your customers for reviews: the message, the timing, the software and the tracking, so more real customers leave reviews on the platforms that matter.
How can I get more Google reviews?
Ask every customer, soon after the job or visit, with a direct link to your Google profile and a short, friendly message. Asking consistently is what makes the difference, not discounts or contests, which Google doesn’t allow.
Can I offer a discount for a review?
No. Google doesn’t allow incentives for reviews, and the FTC rule in the US treats buying reviews as a violation. Thank customers for their feedback instead.
Can I only ask happy customers?
No. Asking only customers you expect to be positive, often called review gating, breaks Google’s policies. We send the same request to every customer.
What review generation software do you use?
It depends on your booking or CRM system. We recommend a tool that connects to what you already use, or set up requests in your existing system if it can send them.
How many new reviews should I expect?
It depends on how many customers you serve each month and how they prefer to be contacted. Your monthly report shows requests sent and reviews received, so you can see the response rate improve. Businesses that ask every customer usually see a steady rise rather than a sudden jump, which is also what looks natural to Google.
