Google Ads management services that pay for themselves
Google Ads can put you at the top of search results the day a campaign goes live, and it can spend just as fast on the wrong searches. Our Google Ads management services build campaigns around the searches that bring in customers, track every call, form and sale, and keep optimizing for what a lead costs, not what a click costs. As a Google Partner, we run the account; you own it.
What Google Ads management services cover
Good PPC campaign management starts before the first ad: choosing the searches worth paying for, writing ads that match them and sending clicks to pages that convert. Then comes the work most accounts miss, such as negative keywords, bid strategy, budgets by campaign and checking the search terms every week. Each of these is small on its own. Together they decide whether an account spends to learn or spends to sell.
Measurement decides everything else. Without conversion tracking for calls, forms and sales, Google’s automated bidding optimizes for the wrong thing. We set up tracking first, so every decision is based on leads and revenue, and you can see what each campaign brings in.
Signs your Google Ads need management
- You pay for clicks but don’t know what a lead costs
- Search terms include irrelevant queries
- Conversion tracking is missing or counts the wrong actions
- Ads send people to your home page
- Nobody reviews the account every week

Google Ads management services in depth
Three areas where most of the wasted spend in an account is found.
Search terms and match types
Broad and phrase match keywords can show your ads for searches you never intended. Reviewing the search terms report every week and adding negative keywords is the single most effective way to stop wasted spend. We also group keywords by intent, so an ad for emergency repairs doesn’t show for someone researching prices.
Smart bidding needs good data
Google’s automated bid strategies, such as maximize conversions or target cost per acquisition, learn from the conversions you track. If tracking counts page views or misses phone calls, the system learns the wrong lesson. We fix tracking before switching on smart bidding, and we give new strategies time to learn before judging them. For accounts with very few conversions, we may start with manual or enhanced bidding and switch once there is enough data.
Performance Max and search together
Performance Max campaigns can reach Search, YouTube, Display, Maps and Gmail from one campaign, but they show less detail about where the money goes. For most lead generation accounts we run search campaigns for the core services and use Performance Max where it adds results, with brand terms and assets controlled carefully.

Why Griffon as your Google Ads agency
We are a Google Partner agency, and the ad account stays in your name. You can see everything we do, and if you ever leave, the account, its history and its data stay with you.
Because we also build websites and run conversion rate optimization, we can fix the landing page when it is the reason an ad doesn’t convert, instead of just raising the budget. Every month you get a report that shows leads, cost per lead and revenue by campaign, and a short list of what we will test next.

Questions about Google Ads management services, answered
What do Google Ads management services include?
Account structure, keyword research, negative keywords, ad writing, conversion tracking, bidding, budget management, landing page advice and a monthly report on leads and cost per lead.
Do I own my Google Ads account?
Yes. The account stays in your name and we manage it with access you grant. If you stop working with us, the account and its data stay with you.
How much should I spend on Google Ads?
It depends on what a click costs in your market and how many leads you need. We estimate a starting budget in your proposal based on your searches and your goals. We would rather start with a budget that can win a few searches well than spread a small budget across many and win none.
How long before Google Ads brings results?
Ads can bring traffic the day they go live. Getting to a steady cost per lead usually takes several weeks of data, testing and negative keywords.
Are you a Google Partner?
Yes. Griffon Webstudios is a Google Partner agency.
Do you manage Microsoft Ads too?
Yes. Many accounts benefit from running the same search campaigns on Microsoft Advertising. We include it when it makes sense for your budget.
