Conversion rate optimization services

More leads from the same traffic

Getting more from the visitors you already have is often cheaper than buying more of them. Our conversion rate optimization services find where people drop off with GA4 funnels, heatmaps and session recordings, then test fixes with A/B tests and keep only what wins. As a CRO agency inside a full web and SEO team, we design, build and launch every winning change ourselves.

What our conversion rate optimization services look for on every page

Conversion rate optimization, or CRO, is the work of getting more visitors to take the step that matters: a call, a booking, a form or a sale. A conversion rate optimization company that starts with button colors is guessing. Three things decide whether a visitor converts, and research shows which one is failing on your site.

01

Clarity

Visitors understand what you offer, who it is for and what happens next within seconds of landing.

We find it
02

Trust

Reviews, credentials and clear pricing placed right where people make the decision.

We test it
03

Ease

Short forms, fast pages and a next step that works on a phone as well as on a laptop.

We build it

Why Griffon as your CRO agency: we research before we test. Every engagement starts with a conversion audit built on GA4 funnels, heatmaps and session recordings, and every A/B test has a written hypothesis and a sample size set before it starts. The same team designs and builds your site, so winning changes go live without waiting on another agency.

How we find, test and launch what converts

Website development ↗

01 / 03

Research

We find where visitors drop off in GA4 funnels, then watch heatmaps and session recordings to see why: images that look like buttons, forms abandoned halfway, pages that stall on a phone.

Step 1 · Conversion audit

Form inputs masked in every recording

A/B test

Every test starts with a written hypothesis and a sample size set before launch. Half your visitors see the change, half see the original, and the test runs until the result is statistically reliable.

Launch and measure

Our developers roll out the winner to every visitor and remove the test code, then we confirm the lift in leads in GA4. Tests that lose are in your report too, because they show what not to build.

Step 3 · Rollout and reporting

Measured on leads

How our conversion rate optimization services work, step by step

Every engagement follows the same five steps, run by one named strategist, with a progress update every week and a monthly report that lists every test, what it changed and what it did to leads.

  1. 01
    Audit
We review your GA4 funnels, heatmaps and session recordings and check that every form, call and booking is tracked.
  2. 02
    Strategy
A ranked test plan scored by impact, confidence and ease. You approve it before the first test goes live.
  3. 03
    Testing
A/B tests on the pages that matter most. Pages with too little traffic for a test get research-led changes, measured before and after.
  4. 04
    Reporting
A monthly report with every test, its result and what it did to leads, including the tests that lost, plus a progress update every week.
  5. 05
    Optimization
Winners go live for every visitor, losing tests shape the next ideas, and each round builds on the last.
FAQ

Questions about conversion rate optimization services, answered

Conversion rate optimization services find out why visitors leave without calling, booking or buying, and fix it. The work combines research in analytics, heatmaps and session recordings with A/B testing and design changes, all measured on leads and sales.

It depends on your industry, where the traffic comes from and what you ask visitors to do. A quote form for a service business and a checkout for an online store are not comparable. We benchmark against your own numbers and set targets from there.

We start with GA4 funnels to see where visitors drop off, then use heatmaps and session recordings to see why. Each finding becomes a test idea, scored by its likely impact, our confidence in it and how easy it is to build.

Showing two versions of a page to visitors at random, at the same time, and comparing how many from each group convert. Because both versions run side by side, seasonal swings and luck affect them equally, so the difference you see is the change you made.

Enough for each version to collect a meaningful number of conversions. A page with a few hundred visitors a month cannot produce a reliable result in a reasonable time. For those pages we make research-led changes and measure before and after in GA4 instead.

Until it reaches the sample size we set before launch, and for at least one or two full weeks so weekday and weekend visitors are both counted. Stopping a test early because it looks like a winner is one of the most common ways to get a false result.

Not when it is set up properly. Google’s guidance is to avoid cloaking, point test URLs to the original with rel=canonical, use temporary 302 redirects and run tests only as long as needed. We follow it on every test.

Yes, on the pages we are studying, with form inputs masked so personal details are not recorded. They show where people click, how far they scroll and where they hesitate, which analytics alone cannot.

Headlines and offers, page layout, forms, calls to action, reviews and credentials, pricing and the steps of a booking or checkout. What we test comes from the research on your site, not from a checklist.

We review one key page and its funnel in GA4, check that its forms and calls are tracked correctly and send you the top fixes ranked by expected impact. There is no obligation to work with us afterward.

Yes. Our designers and developers build the test versions and roll out the winners, whether your site runs on WordPress, Shopify, Webflow or custom code.

On leads and sales. We set up key events in GA4 for forms, calls and bookings, then report conversion rate, total conversions and, where your CRM allows it, lead quality.

The audit often turns up fixes you can make in the first month. Tested improvements take longer, because each test needs enough visitors to reach a reliable result, so most programs plan their tests a quarter at a time.

It depends on how many pages and tests are in scope and whether new pages need to be designed and built. We scope the work after the free audit and put the monthly cost in your proposal.

SEO and paid ads bring visitors to your site. CRO turns more of them into leads and customers. They work best together, because every ranking and every ad click is worth more on a page that converts.
