Ecommerce PPC management that sells at a profit
Online stores live and die by return on ad spend, and a campaign that looks good on revenue can still lose money on margin. Our ecommerce PPC management runs Shopping, Performance Max and search campaigns around what each product earns, starting with a clean product feed. Whether you run ecommerce Google Ads on Shopify, WooCommerce or a custom store, we build campaigns around profitable orders.
What ecommerce PPC management covers
Ecommerce ads are driven by your product feed. Titles, descriptions, images, prices and availability flow from your store to Google Merchant Center, and Google uses them to decide which searches your products appear for. A thin or messy feed limits every campaign that depends on it. Missing GTINs, vague titles and wrong categories are the most common problems we find, and all of them can be fixed in the feed or the store.
Shopify PPC adds its own setup: the Google and YouTube app syncs products to Merchant Center, but titles often need work and conversion tracking needs checking, especially for purchases that finish on other domains. We review the feed, the tracking and the campaign structure together.
Signs your store’s ads need work
- ROAS looks fine but profit doesn’t
- Best sellers and low-margin items share one budget
- Product titles in the feed are vague
- Merchant Center shows disapproved products
- Purchases aren’t tracked with their value

Ecommerce Google Ads in depth
Three decisions that separate profitable stores from busy ones.
Bid on margin
A product with a 60 percent margin and one with a 15 percent margin can’t share the same ROAS target. We group products by margin and set targets for each group, so the campaigns push the items that make you money and stop overspending on items that only make sales.
The feed is the keyword list
Shopping and Performance Max don’t use keywords the way search campaigns do. Google matches searches to your product data. Clear titles with the brand, product type, key attribute and size or color, plus accurate categories, decide which searches you appear for. Improving the feed is often the fastest way to improve results.
Free listings and paid ads together
Google shows products from Merchant Center in free listings as well as ads. A healthy feed helps both. We report paid and free product clicks side by side, so you see the full value of the work on your feed. Fixing the feed for ads usually lifts free listings too, so the same work pays twice.

Questions about ecommerce PPC management, answered
What is ecommerce PPC management?
It is the work of running paid ads for an online store: product feed optimization, Merchant Center, Shopping, Performance Max and search campaigns, purchase tracking and bidding on profit.
Do you manage Shopify PPC?
Yes. We work with Shopify stores, including the Google and YouTube app feed, Merchant Center setup and purchase tracking.
What ROAS should I aim for?
It depends on your margins. A store with high margins can be profitable at a lower ROAS than one with thin margins. We calculate break-even ROAS for each product group and set targets from there. Once break-even is known, we decide with you how much profit to trade for growth on each group, product by product.
Should I use Performance Max or Shopping campaigns?
Often both. Performance Max reaches more placements, while standard Shopping gives more control. We test them against each other on your products. Brand searches and best sellers often do better with tighter control, while Performance Max can find new shoppers for the rest of the catalog.
Can you fix Merchant Center disapprovals?
Yes. We fix product data, policy issues, shipping and returns settings, and submit requests for review where needed.
What does ecommerce PPC management cost?
It depends on the size of your catalog and ad spend. We price management in your proposal, and the ad budget is paid directly to Google.
