What it is

What guest posting services include

Guest posting means writing a useful article for another website’s audience, usually with a short author bio and a link back to a relevant page on your site. Broken link outreach is its partner: we find resource pages in your field that link to pages that no longer exist, and suggest a page of yours that covers the same topic. Both earn links by giving an editor something worth publishing.

Google treats large-scale guest posting with keyword-stuffed links as link spam, and paid links have to be marked as sponsored. So we work the other way: a short list of relevant sites with real readers, a pitch written for each editor, natural wording around links, and no link networks, private blog networks or paid placements passed off as editorial.

Signs guest posting fits

  • Your pages are useful but few sites link to them
  • Competitors appear on industry sites and you don’t
  • Your team has expertise worth sharing with new readers
  • You were offered cheap guest posts and want a safe route
  • Resource pages in your field link to dead pages

What’s included

What’s included in our guest posting services

Research, writing and outreach, with every target site checked before we pitch it.

01

Target site research

Relevant sites with real readers and editorial standards, screened for link selling and spam before any pitch.

02

Topic pitches

Article ideas shaped for each site’s audience and sent to the editor in a personal email.

03

Article writing

Original articles written for the host site’s readers and approved by you before they are submitted.

04

Broken link outreach

Dead links found on relevant resource pages, with a working page of yours offered as the replacement.

05

Natural links, honestly labeled

Links placed where they help the reader, in plain wording. If a site asks for a fee, the link is marked as sponsored and you decide first.

06

Placement log

Every live placement recorded with its page, link and date, and rechecked so you know it is still there.

In depth

Guest posting within Google’s rules

Three choices that separate an earned placement from a risky one.

Relevant sites over big numbers

A link from a site your customers read is worth more than ten from general blogs that publish anything. We look for sites in your industry or your customers’ industry, check that they have real readers and search visibility, and read what they have published lately. Sites that sell posts openly, cover every subject or carry dozens of unrelated sponsored links are left off the list, whatever their authority score.

Articles written for the host’s readers

Editors accept articles that teach their audience something. So each article leads with what your team knows: a process, data from your own work or a clear answer to a common question. Links to your site appear only where they help the reader, usually one in the body or the author bio, worded naturally rather than stuffed with keywords. You approve every article, and the editor has the final say on what runs.

How broken link outreach works

Guides and industry lists often point to pages that no longer exist. We find those dead links with link tools, check that you have a page that truly replaces the missing one, then email the site owner with the exact location of the broken link and the suggested fix. It is a useful favor to the site owner, and when they agree, your link sits on a page that already earns trust in your field.

Why Griffon

Why Griffon for guest posting services

Outreach works when the content is good. Our writers, SEO specialists and outreach team work as one team, so the article an editor receives is worth publishing and the page it links to is worth visiting. We also audit backlinks, so we know which tactics lead to cleanups later and we stay away from them.

Every article we write for you is yours, along with the target list and the placement log. If you move on, you keep the full record of what was published, where and when.

FAQ

Questions about guest posting services, answered

Are guest posts safe for SEO?

Yes, when they are written for the host site’s readers and placed on relevant sites. Google warns against large-scale guest posting with keyword-rich links and against paid links that are not marked as sponsored. Our guest posting services avoid both.

Do you buy links or use private blog networks?

No. We don’t use link networks, private blog networks or paid placements disguised as editorial. If a publication asks for a fee, the link has to be marked as sponsored, and we tell you before anything is agreed.

How many guest posts will we get each month?

It depends on your industry and how many relevant sites accept contributions. Editors decide what they publish, so we agree a monthly outreach effort rather than a fixed number of links, and report each placement as it goes live.

What is broken link outreach?

We find pages in your field that link to content that no longer exists, then suggest a page of yours that covers the same topic. The site owner fixes a broken link, and you gain a relevant one.

Will the links be followed?

Often, but not always. The host site decides how its links are tagged, and a nofollow link from a site your customers read can still bring visitors and trust. We don’t promise followed links, because that decision belongs to the editor.
